Bio| Lisa Cuddy This is an RP journal for ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif){kind=small} paradisa and discedo.At first glance, it's easy to see Cuddy as a hard, merciless "ice woman" who cares for nothing but her job. There are times when she even seems to be trying to perpetuate this idea herself, though she nearly always has a purpose in mind. In fact, as an accomplished woman who has worked extremely hard to get where she is, nearly everything she does has a purpose-- though under certain very specific circumstances, she's been shown to not necessarily be above the occasional petty power-play. Still, Cuddy is first and foremost a professional, and she takes her job as doctor and hospital administrator very seriously. Despite her somewhat domineering personality, Cuddy does have a big heart, and will fight tooth and nail for the people and things that are important to her-- with this, however, often comes a strong sense of personal guilt when things go wrong. She can be a bit of a perfectionist, and-- according to House-- tends to not notice the huge difference between what the world is, and what it could be. She has a strong drive to succeed, and has always been a high achiever. Due to this, she is very confident in nearly all aspects of her professional life, but somewhat less sure of herself when it comes to personal matters-- such as her ability to be a good mother. In most cases, she isn't one to dwell on the past (though this isn't to say that she doesn't have her regrets), and she prefers to keep her innermost thoughts and feelings away from the public eye.
